Cancellation Policy

EMPOWERED MUM HUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Payment Due Date: Payment for personal training sessions is due before or on the scheduled training date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 2. Payment Methods: We accept payment online via this invoice, or via bank transfer to Ellysia Noble-Willock / Natwest / Acc: 47016973 / Sort Code: 544119. 3. Late Payment Fee: Any payments not received within 7 days of the scheduled training session may be subject to a late payment fee of £15 per session to cover studio hire booking and admin time. 4. Cancellation Policy: * Clients must provide at least 24 hours of notice for session cancellations.
 * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a full session charge.
 * Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, as determined by the trainer.
 5. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances: * If a training package is paid for in advance, and the client has not used any sessions, a full refund will be provided.
 * If a session is canceled by the trainer for any reason, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided to the client at the trainers discretion.
 6. Package Expiry: Personal training packages are valid for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe may be forfeited. 7. Medical Clearance: Clients are responsible for obtaining a medical clearance from their healthcare provider if they have any existing medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in physical exercise. 8. Liability Waiver: Clients are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any training sessions. The waiver acknowledges the potential risks associated with physical exercise and releases Ellysia Noble and Empoweed Mum Hub and its trainers from liability. 9. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions, wearing appropriate workout attire, and communicating any physical discomfort or issues during training. 10. Trainer Responsibilities: Our trainers will provide a safe and effective workout environment, tailored to the client's fitness goals and needs. 11. Confidentiality: Any information shared during personal training sessions, including personal health and fitness information, will be kept confidential.
