Stroll and Sip is a fun and convenient way for mums to get out of the house and socialise. Our Stroll and Sip includes a lovely stroll and plenty of socialising over a hot drink and something snackish. Our sessions are designed to help mums get out of the house, and make new friends in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Sessions run throughout the year and are free apart from some venues which require entry fee. Please check the calendar above for up coming events. #motherhoodmadesocial

Core Restore is a postnatal rehab class designed to help you regain your strength and vitality after giving birth. Our class focuses on mobility, core strength, posture, reducing aches and pains that come with motherhood, breathing, pelvic floor, and strength while also allowing you to bring your baby along. This class is the perfect way to start your postpartum recovery journey. Babies are more than welcome to come along and be right next to mum on the mat. Recommended for up to Pre-crawlers.

Mum and Mini Circuits is a fantastic strength and cardio circuit workout that you can bring the kids to.
Get an effective full-body workout without leaving your little one behind! Mum and Mini Circuits combines strength training with cardio intervals, designed for mums to exercise alongside their babies and young children. In this 45-minute class, you'll move through circuits using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build strength and endurance. Squats, lunges, and upper body moves will help you tone up while cardio bursts get your heart pumping. The premium feature of this class is Babies are more than welcome to come along and be right next to mum on the mat or in our designated soft floor play space. Recommended for pre-crawlers but we have crawlers/toddlers/walkers attend at the full responsibility of the caregiver.

Your Retreat Experience Includes:
Strength and Restore Class with Ellysia Noble-
Begin your retreat with a 45-minute full-body Strength and Restore session led by Ellysia
Noble, founder of Empowered Mum Hub and Noble Movement. This energizing class is
designed to awaken your strength and gently restore balance, setting the tone for the rest of
your day.
Refreshments and Transition Time-
After your movement session, enjoy water and fresh fruit as you cool down and prepare for
the next phase of your retreat.
Yoga Nidra with Leah from Breathe-
Next, you'll be guided through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice with an autumnal theme.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation technique that brings you to a state between
waking and sleeping. It calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and promotes deep
rest—making it ideal for improving sleep and overall well-being.
Reiki Healing with Gemma from Holistic Mama Bee-
Following your Yoga Nidra, Gemma will lead you through into a deeper relaxing state
through a gentle Reiki healing session to align your chakras, balance your energy and deepen your sense of calm and restoration.
Craft and Café Time with Heather and Zoe-
To conclude your retreat, Zoe and Heather will welcome you at the main part of the coffee
shop where your senses will be awakened with a delicious warm drink and an autumnal slice
of cake. You'll also have time to create a beautiful seasonal decoration to take home with
you. A reminder of your time at the Wellness Retreat and a chance to reflect on the
opportunity you have had to rest and reset for Autumn.
Wellness Gift Bag
As a final touch, you'll receive a gift bag filled with treats from each of your wellness
providers—a lovely reminder of your day of renewal.
