Types of Packages
Full In-person PT
Full in-person personal training is a comprehensive fitness experience tailored to an individual's specific needs and goals. This training format typically involves one-on-one sessions with a certified personal trainer, conducted in a gym or fitness facility. During these sessions, the trainer provides personalized exercise routines, guidance on proper form and technique, and continuous motivation. The trainer also assists in developing a well-rounded fitness plan that may include strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility work, and more. Additionally, trainers often monitor progress, make real-time adjustments to workouts, and offer nutritional advice for a holistic approach to health and wellness. With the trainer's expert guidance, clients can expect a highly personalized and supportive fitness journey, optimizing their efforts to achieve desired results.
Current Packages include:
- In-person PT sessions with your Personal Trainer
- Admission to private personal training studio which means no need for an extra gym membership
- Access to personal training fitness app so you can do your gym workouts from home
- Access to your coach for messaging Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
4 x per month £190 (47.50 per session)
8 x per month £360 (45 per session)
(Minimum 3 month commitment then rolling monthly payments. Home PT is available within a certain mileage to Salisbury)
Hybrid PT
Hybrid personal training is a dynamic and flexible fitness approach that combines the benefits of both in-person and online training. In this model, clients engage in face-to-face sessions with a certified personal trainer for hands-on guidance and real-time feedback. Simultaneously, the training program extends beyond the gym through the use of a personalized fitness app or platform. This digital component allows clients to access workout plans, track progress, and receive additional support remotely. The synergy of in-person and online elements in hybrid training provides a comprehensive fitness experience, catering to individual needs, preferences, and schedules. It offers the best of both worlds, fostering a more adaptable and personalized approach to achieving fitness goals.
Current Packages include:
- 1 X in-person PT session per month with your Personal Trainer. Additional sessions can be purchased.
- Admission to private personal training studio for in-person sessions which means no need for an extra gym membership
- Access to personal training fitness app so you can do your gym workouts from home with the right equipment
- Fully online program delivered through custom fitness training app with video demos to follow
- Programming 2-3 workouts per week depending on the program that you need
- Weekly Check-ins using forms
- Access to your coach for messaging Monday-Friday 8am -6pm
From £149 per month
