Terms and Conditions for Indoor and Outdoor Fitness Classes with Ellysia Noble and all subsidiaries.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any indoor or outdoor fitness classes ("Classes") offered by [Empowered Mum Hub] ("Company"). By attending and participating in the Classes, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Health and Safety: a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physical condition to participate in the Classes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional before attending the Classes. b. You must follow all safety instructions provided by the Company's instructors during the Classes, including proper warm-up, cool-down, and exercise techniques. c. You agree to immediately notify the instructor if you experience any pain, discomfort, or any other symptoms during the Classes.

  2. Class Registration and Attendance: a. Classes may require prior registration, and availability is subject to space limitations. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. b. You must arrive at the designated meeting point on time to attend the Classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class. c. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or other events beyond its control.

  3. Payments and Refunds: a. Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified by the Company. b. All class fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company cancels a Class. In such cases, the Company may provide a refund or offer credit for a future Class, as determined by the Company.

  4. Code of Conduct: a. You must behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the instructors and other participants during the Classes. b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards the instructors or other participants will not be tolerated, and the Company reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone engaging in such conduct.

  5. Liability: a. Participation in the Classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscular soreness, and the risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation in the Classes. b. The Company and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Classes, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. c. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its instructors harmless from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Classes.

  6. Photography and Media: a. The Company may take photographs or videos during the Classes for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in the Classes, you grant the Company the right to use your likeness in such materials without any compensation or further approval. b. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the Company or the instructor before the start of the Classes.

  7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions: a. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels. b. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued participation in the Classes after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

By attending and participating in the indoor or outdoor fitness Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.



Ellysia Noble Lifestyle and its subsidiaries recommend that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercises given during this program. Ellysia Noble Lifestyle is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise condition. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in the exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Ellysia Noble Lifestyle from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Ellysia Noble Lifestyle.
