Cancellation Policy
NOBLE MOVEMENT HUB TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Payments All payments for classes, passes, or services are due prior to or on the scheduled date. We accept online payments via invoice or bank transfer to Ellysia Noble-Willock, NatWest, Account: 56317859, Sort Code: 544119. Late payments may incur fees at our discretion. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. 2. Cancellation Policy -A strict 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. -No session rollovers, credits, or extensions are permitted. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and trainers. Unforeseen circumstances are understood, but compliance is required. 3. Refunds Refunds are not issued except where Noble Movement cancels a session, at which point a full refund or rescheduling (at our discretion) may be offered. No refunds for client cancellations, no-shows, or unused passes. 4. Class Pass Expiry 6-class pass: Expires 8 weeks from purchase. 12-class pass: Expires 14 weeks from purchase. 24-class pass: Expires 26 weeks from purchase. Unused sessions expire without refund, rollover, or extension. 5. Medical Clearance & Client Responsibilities Clients must obtain written medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider prior to participation if they have any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns that may be affected by exercise. Clients assume full responsibility for their health, fitness level, and suitability for activities. Inform trainers of any issues immediately. Appropriate attire and punctuality are required. 6. Liability Waiver By participating, clients acknowledge inherent risks of physical exercise, including injury or aggravation of conditions. Clients release Noble Movement Hub, Ellysia Noble-Willock, trainers, and affiliates from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, negligence, or otherwise. A signed waiver is mandatory before commencing. 7. Trainer Responsibilities Trainers will provide professional guidance in a safe environment tailored to disclosed client needs. Results depend on client adherence and are not guaranteed. 8. Confidentiality All personal, health, and fitness information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery. 9. Termination Noble Movement Hub reserves the right to terminate services, passes, or membership immediately without notice or refund for policy violations, non-payment, or safety concerns.
