My name is Ellysia and I am so happy you found me! I too have been through the trials and tribulations of juggling the adjustments of mum life. So welcome to a safe space with a coach who GET'S all the struggles that you have had. From a changed body, sleepless nights, a brain that never switches off, a workout schedule that was forced to change. I get it. When you train with me, I will meet you where you are at.
With over 10 years of experience with coaching people through strength training and lifestyle teachings, and now having experienced a full pregnancy and postpartum period, my approach on how to help people achieve goals has changed significantly. Having coached hundreds of women over the years, due to increased chronic stress and the societal pressures, I have learnt over time that the way to see long term results is ultimately via a holistic approach. Building the mind, body and spirit from the core outwards.
Through continued learning and on-going self development and my own personal experiences with health and fitness goals, my approach and teachings are very balanced to ensure the lifestyle of my clients are balanced. Balanced bodies ensure quality and long term results. I take pride in teaching my students how to achieve and maintain their goals. Through my teachings of improving mobility, strength, nutritional habits and lifestyle choices, I love showing people that they are capable of more than they think they are and their goals are in reach through safe and effective methods.
To feel energised, to feel empowered and to see results keeps us motivated. My passion is nourishing those who have those qualities already but also enabling those who want to feel and see those things but just need some support and guidance. Coming from an athletic background and competing in track and field at a National level, it was vital to be surrounded by people who inspired me. My hope is that I now am the person who inspires others to also be and feel their best.
I completely understand what it is like as an active person who is also a busy mom. Gone are the days of hours spent in the gym. I know how valuable it is to have efficient and effective workouts that are tailored to an individuals needs. So that is what I do.
