Welcome to my website! My name is Ellysia, and I'm a dedicated personal trainer based in the UK. With 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialize in pre and postnatal fitness.

After becoming a mother to two wonderful kids and experiencing firsthand the lack of resources and support available for new moms, I decided to shift my focus towards helping women during this transformative phase of their lives. In 2018, when I had my first son, I realized that the guidance and assistance for new moms were few and far between. This revelation inspired me to channel my expertise into providing specialized fitness training and support for pregnant and postpartum women.

To further enhance my skills and better serve my clients, I completed my qualifications as a birth and postnatal doula in 2021. As a doula, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant and new mothers, ensuring they feel empowered and confident throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.

I am truly passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals, regain strength, and embrace a healthy lifestyle during and after pregnancy. My personalized training programs are designed to meet the unique needs and challenges faced by new moms, promoting overall well-being and enhancing their experience of motherhood.

Custom Personal Training

Pre and Postnatal Personal Training is designed  specifically to help pregnant and post-natal mums stay fit and healthy. Our certified trainers will work with you to create a tailored exercise program that is both safe and effective during this special time. With our specialised and evidence based program, you can expect to stay fit, gain strength, and feel confident in your body.

Pregnancy and postnatal Group fitness classes and meet ups

Empowered Mum Hub is committed to helping mothers prioritize their own health and fitness, through our specialized group fitness classes designed with them in mind. Whether you are a new mum or an experienced one, our classes are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. The addition of a pre and postnatal exercise specialist ensures a safe and effective workout regardless of your stage of motherhood. More than just a fitness class, Empowered Mum Hub offers a supportive community where mothers can connect and be empowered together. Birth & Postnatal Doula

Pre and postnatal doula services provide support to families during the entire journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our experienced doulas provide physical, emotional, and informational support to help parents with the transition to parenthood. We are committed to helping families have a positive, empowering birth experience. Whether you are after something simple like private Birth Education classes or in person birth support, we can help.
