Service Description

The StrollerFit class is an innovative fitness program designed specifically for new parents who want to stay active and fit while spending quality time with their babies. This class combines the benefits of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and social interaction in a fun and supportive environment. The primary focus of the StrollerFit class is to provide a very gentle movement session for parents while incorporating their strollers and babies into the exercises. The class is led by certified fitness instructors who specialize in postnatal fitness and understand the unique needs and challenges of new parents. They create a safe and inclusive space where participants can work at their own pace and feel supported throughout the class. The StrollerFit Social class typically begins with a warm-up session that includes light stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body for the workout. The warm-up also serves as an opportunity for parents to interact with other class participants. Once the warm-up is complete, the class moves into the main workout session which is about 15 minutes in duration. The workout consists of a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and core strengthening exercises. The instructors incorporate a variety of workout styles and techniques to keep the class engaging and challenging. Cardiovascular exercises are designed to increase heart rate and improve overall cardiovascular fitness. These exercises may include power walking, jogging, running, or interval training. The instructors ensure that participants can maintain proper form and intensity while pushing their strollers. Strength training exercises focus on toning and strengthening the major muscle groups of the body. These exercises often utilize bodyweight movements, resistance bands, or light dumbbells. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a sheduled session please try and contact us or cancel at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to give a chance for someone else to book in. If this rule is continuously breached we will have to revise the booking and paying system.
